Every request is priced from the vendor list price in the model catalog and the margin of your plan — the same formula the billing engine applies to each request, so the number you see here is the number on your usage ledger.

Common pricing questions
How does billing work?
Every request is metered — input tokens, output tokens, provider cost — and paid from your prepaid credit balance at your plan margin: Free +7%, Growth +6%, Scale +5% on provider cost. Usage is never invoiced in arrears. Growth and Scale add a flat monthly base fee ($19 / $79) billed as a Stripe subscription; that fee buys the lower margin and more concurrent sessions. If a base-fee payment fails you keep your plan rates for a 2-day grace period, then rates revert to Free (+7%, 4 sessions) until payment is fixed — your prepaid credits keep working without interruption the whole time.
How many calls can I run at once — and can I buy more?
A session is one model call in flight, not a user and not a seat: ten thousand calls a day that never overlap use one session. Every plan includes a pool shared by all your workspaces (Free 4, Growth 16, Scale 48), and you can add more at any time from Finance — they go on your existing subscription as a per-unit line, prorated, and you can remove them the same way. Go over the pool and the call is refused with a 429 and Retry-After before any provider is contacted, so you are never charged for it.
Do I need to bring my own provider keys?
No — our pooled keys work with zero setup, at the same plan margin. On Growth, Scale and Enterprise you can also bring your own: add them under Organisation → Vendor keys and we route your traffic through them. You pay the vendor directly and odnoga charges only its plan margin on the list price. If one of your keys fails, you decide whether the call fails or falls back to our pool.
Can I charge my customers through odnoga?
Yes. Each tenant maps to a Stripe customer; odnoga creates invoice items and emits webhooks. You decide the markup.
Where is data stored?
US by default; EU region available on Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Logs are scrubbed of PII by default; raw payload retention is opt-in.
Can I leave?
Yes — no annual lock-in on Free, Growth, Scale. Export prompts, logs and tenant config any time.
