These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Fixtra PSA, the operator of the odnoga platform ("odnoga", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
odnoga is a hosted AI gateway and control plane: a single API to route requests to multiple AI providers, with prompt management, observability, billing and multi-tenant features.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secret.
- You will enable 2FA where offered for admin accounts.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Fees and payment
- Free tier and paid plans are described on the Pricing page and form part of these Terms.
- Usage is paid from prepaid credits at the margin of your plan, never invoiced in arrears. Paid plans add a flat monthly base fee billed via Stripe subscription. Provider costs are passed through with a transparent margin.
- Late payments may suspend access after notice.
5. Customer data and IP
You retain all rights in the data, prompts, completions and tenants you send to or generate through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data only to provide and operate the Service. We claim no ownership of model outputs you generate.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party's confidential information with at least the care it uses for its own and only use it to perform under these Terms.
7. AI providers and model terms
odnoga is a gateway. When you call a model, your request is routed to the provider that serves it — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI, Perplexity and others — and that provider performs the inference. We do not resell, sublicense or grant you any right in their services; we route your request, apply your policy and bill you for what you used.
- By using any model through the Service, you agree to comply with the terms that apply to that model and that provider.
- You are responsible for reviewing those terms before using a model. We link the applicable terms next to every model in the model catalogue and return them from the models endpoint of the API.
- Providers may change, restrict, suspend or withdraw a model at any time, and their terms may change. We are not liable for any such change, nor for a provider refusing or interrupting service.
- We make no representation about a provider’s data handling, retention, training, security or intellectual property practices. Where a provider requires attribution or restricts how outputs may be displayed or redistributed, those requirements apply to you.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of model outputs.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Each party's aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Term and termination
- You can terminate at any time from the dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate for material breach with reasonable notice, or immediately for AUP violations.
- Upon termination we delete Customer Data within 30 days, except as required by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for our registered seat, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
